ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to delete the name of the petitioners from the History Sheeted Rowdies list maintained by the third respondent Police vide H.S.No.219 and 220 of 2022 respectively.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the name of the 1st petitioner was already removed from the History Sheet and in respect of the 2nd petitioner, his representation will be considered in the next meeting.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the 2nd petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting.
