This appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment made in S.C.No.53 of 2012, dated 15.03.2016, on the file of the learned District Fast Track Mahila Judge, Sivagangai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant died on 07.04.2022. 3.Even till today, the legal heirs of the appellant did not file any petition to substitute the deceased appellant. Therefore, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
