This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.425 of 2019 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Without any base, the first respondent police registered a case, in Crime No.425 of 2019, as against the petitioner. Hence he prayed to quash the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.242 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
