..Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.124 of 2023 dated 15.04.2023 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent Investigate Agency.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent on the ground that the directions of this Court issued in W.P(MD).No.6192 of 2023 on 24.04.2023 have not been followed during the course of investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents (criminal side), on the other hand, submits that since the money involved in this case is more than 10 crores, the investigation is being transferred from the second respondent to the City Crime Branch.

3. Though submission of the petitioner is to transfer the investigation to the CBCID, since the investigation is proposed to be transferred to the City Crime Branch, the petitioner wait for some time and in case if the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation of the City Crime Branch, he is at liberty to approach this Court with appropriate relief.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing to transfer the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2023 from 2/4

the second respondent Police to the City Crime Branch. The City Crime Branch is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same as quickly as possible by following the directions of this Court in W.P(MD).No.6192 of 2023.
