PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, Madurai District to dispose the pending I.A.No.148 of 2022 along with (NH) L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2019 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, Madurai District to dispose of the pending I.A.No.148 of 2022 along with (NH) L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2019 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Vinodh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respndent.

3.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent Nos.2 to 5, notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 is dispensed with.

4. The first respondent herein filed a petition in (NH) L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2019 before the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai. The petitioner herein filed a petition before the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, Madurai District seeking to implead her as one of the respondents for getting the compensation of her owned part lands in Survey No.60/4A of Periyapatty Village, Madurai North Taluk to an extent of 1800 Square Metres and it was numbered as I.A.No.148 of 2022.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose the pending I.A.No.148 of 2022 along with (NH) L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2019. 2/4

6. In view of the above, the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.148 of 2022 in L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
