PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.39 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3
Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.39 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The ID card has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner to show that the petitioner is working in a private company.
3. By the order datd 09.08.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to verify the same.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that from 2019, the petitioner is working in a private company in Bangalore and now settled in the present address. According to him, the petitioner was involved in the collection of money. Further, Rs.6,50,00,000/- is involved in this matter. Apart from that, the petitioner received money from the various persons through the mobile application (i.e) Google Pay. After October 2022, he is working in Telecomoone Teleservices India private limited in Bengalore.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has received money through Google Pay application from various persons, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory 2/3
