JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 30.10.2010, made in A.S.No.1 of 2009, passed by the Principal District Judge, Karur, reversing the judgment and decree, dated 31.10.2008, made in O.S.No.655 of 2006, passed by the Principal District Munsif, Karur.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.
