JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction dated 26.02.2016 in S.C.No.268 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.03.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant stated that the appellant died and he has filed the copy of the death certificate and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has sought time for verification and report.
