ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is directed against the order, dated 27.03.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4047 of 2023 in C.C.No.549 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (CCIW), Madurai and further direct to issue 'No objection Certificate' for the renewal of the petitioner's passport within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the trial Court has already examined 22 witnesses and 12 witnesses have to be examined.
3. No doubt, as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the earlier order, dated 02.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.16602 and 8732 of 20217, this Court directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned trial Judge is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
