In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the validity of G.O.(Ms)No.142 Public Works Department dated 23.07.2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to my notice a copy of G.O.(Ms)No.15 Water Resources Department dated 28.03.2023. 2/4

It is seen therefrom that the High Court vide order dated 03.10.2018 in W.P.Nos.28535 of 2014 and batch has upheld the validity of G.O.(Ms)No.142, dated 23.07.2014. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. It is always open to the writ petitioner to agitate his rights in the light of the subsequently issued government order.
