Respondents/Respondents/Defendants PRAYER: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside judgment and decree dated 04.01.2015 passed in A.S.No.94 of 2014 by the Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, confirming the judgment and decree of the trial Court dated 02.07.2014 passed in O.S.No.148 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti and to allow this second appeal.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing on either side made a statement that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties outside of the Court. A photostat copy of the document of settlement dated 13.02.2019 entered into between the parties was also circulated before this Court.

2. Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
