The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to pass final order as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 14453 of 2022, dated 26.08.2022.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5
3.Earlier the petitioner approached this court seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to issue patta in her favour in respect of 3 cents of land situated in old survey No.394/B1A and the new survey ward D, Block No.18, Taluk Survey No.8, Plot No.332 at Kodaikanal, Dindigul District, by considering her representation dated 26.04.2022. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the fourth respondent herein to pass a formal order disposing the representation submitted by the petitioner and communicate the order of the petitioner. The said direction has not been complied4 with by the fourth respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking yet another direction.
4.This Court already directed the fourth respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner by passing a formal order and communicate the same to the petitioner. If the said order is not complied with, it is for the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner is not entitled to maintain second mandamus for the same prayer.
