ORDER
The writ petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2014 for the injuries suffered by her son, Gunasekaran on 14.05.2014.
2.Without adverting to the averments made in this writ petition, considering the limited relief prayed for in this writ petition, the petitioner herein is directed to make a fresh representation along with all relevant details and documents to the first respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, if any, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate steps to remedy the grievance of the petitioner by disposing of such representation within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
