O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation from the second respondent to some other investigation agency in connection with Crime No.318 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and take action against the accused persons.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after registering an FIR in Crime No.318 of 2019, the respondent police started the investigation and recorded the statements from the co-workers of the deceased. The suicide note recovered from the place of occurrence has also sent to handwriting expert and awaiting for his report. Therefore, at this stage, if the investigation is transferred to any other agency, the entire investigation would be affected.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13477 of 2019 the transfer of investigation cannot be considered. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ramanad, Ramanathapuram District is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent and shall ensure that the second respondent shall complete the investigation as directed by this Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
