PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2 and 3 Respondents herein to regularize the service of petitioner husband Late.R.Ramasamy as Secondary 1/4

Grade Teacher in the special school for child labour eradication crackers industry Rajapalayam, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District from 12.02.1985 to 31.05.1988 in the light of the orders passed by the Directorate of Non-formal and Adult Education, Chennai in his proceedings in Rc.No.63/A1/2016, dated 18.02.2016 and pay the difference amount of terminal benefits and revise the family pension by considering petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2023, 11.04.2025 and 12.07.2025, and reimburse the same with arrears at 12% of interest for the belated payment pass appropriate orders within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the wife of the deceased employee seeking a mandamus to regularise the service of her husband as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the Special School for Child Labour Eradication Crackers Industry, Rajapalayam.

2.The petitioner's husband has entered into service of the Non-formal and Adult Education Scheme in the regular time scale of pay as a Secondary Grade Assistant in the year 1985, and his services were regularised w.e.f.01.06.1988. 2/4

He has passed away on 17.04.2014, while in service. However, his services were not regularised. The wife of the deceased has given the representations to the fourth respondent on 27.01.2023, 11.04.2025 and 12.07.2025. The representations given by the petitioner have been forwarded by the fourth respondent to the third respondent on 28.04.2025, 06.06.2025 and 12.07.2025. 3.Considering the above said facts, the third respondent herein is directed to consider the proposals forwarded by the fourth respondent and pass orders in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3396 of 2012, dated 28.03.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
