ORDER

The Contempt Petition arises out of interim direction given by this Court.

2.The Contempt Petition was filed in July 2023. The main writ petition itself was allowed in favour of the petitioner on 08.11.2023. The interim direction given by this Court got merged with the final order. Therefore, it is only just and proper that the petitioner files the contempt petition in the main writ petition.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed. Merely because given such liberty to the petitioner that does not mean the University should not on its own look into the grievance of the petitioner and set it right.
