ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings, dated 04.07.2024, whereby, a notification was issued calling for application for appointment of trustees to the Temple of Arulmighu Emperumal Kambathudi Karuppa Sonai Swamy Rakkayi Amman Kovil, Vedar Puliyankulam. 2/5

2. It is submitted that an appeal has been filed before the Commissioner / first respondent herein in A.P.No.34 of 2019 and the same is stated to be pending.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents that they would dispose of the above appeal within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and until then, the impugned proceedings would be kept in abeyance, which was agreed to by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
