JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction passed in Spl.S.C.No.118 of 2003, dated 13.04.2016, on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judges Court (PCR Court), Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a memo along with the death certificate of the appellant and wherein, it is evident that the accused/appellant had died on 21.06.2018 . The Memo is recorded. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
