The Writ Petition is filed for the purpose of initiating action against the official.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, actions were already initiated against the responsible official and charge memo has also been issued. 3.In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner has been looked into and proper actions are initiated, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
