The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Court, Lalgudi, Tiruchirapalli to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the husband and he filed HMOP No.78 of 2022 for divorce. However, the said petition is pending since 2022 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.
4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP No.78/2022 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
