This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 not to evict the petitioner from his premises, till the final adjudication of the petitioner's review application No.11/2014, dated 23.10.2014, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Review application filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.18, dated 13.01.2020. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
