ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 30.04.2018 and further to direct the first respondent to intimate any other equivalent officer except the third respondent for obtaining necessary recommendations for renewal of the certificate of registration of the petitioner's Institution.

2.On perusal of the docket sheet, it is seen that the Writ Petition was listed for admission on 16.05.2018, on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter even for admission. It has been pending for the past 6 years, without even ordering notice to 2/4

the respondents. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case further.

3.In view of above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
