Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025 and to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents, whose club is being run illegally without proper registration and audit. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025 and to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents, whose club is being run illegally without proper registration and audit.

2. The Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent No.6.

3. It appears that in a similar issue, this Court has already passed an order in W.P.(MD) No.19993 of 2025, dated 24.07.2025, wherein the third respondent, who is the third respondent herein, was directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2025. The relevant portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:

It is suffice to state that the third respondent society, of which the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, is the President, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2025, after due notice to all the concerned parties, who may be affected by the decision to be taken by the third respondent. Based on the decision of the third respondent, further orders shall be passed by the second respondent.

7. Mr.S.Thirunavukarsasu claims to be the member of the fourth respondent association. It is open for the fourth respondent to appear before the third respondent on the dates to be notified by the third respondent. Mr.S.Thirunavukarasu may also be heard before order was passed by the third respondent. 3/6
