This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the Melakkarai Group to conduct the festival for St. Xavier Church for the year 2014 2.The relief sought for in this writ petition may not be survive at this length of time. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
