The petitioner/complainant in STC No.410 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court, Madurai has filed this petition that he has filed a complaint as against the respondent for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in the year 2021 and now the case is pending for defense side evidence. The 1/3

grievance of the petitioner is that though his side evidence was closed on 15.02.2022 itself, the trial has not been concluded for the past three years.

2.Considering the fact that the complainant side evidence was closed on 15.02.2022 in STC No.410 of 2021, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial in STC No.410 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
