praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned refusal check slip dated 05.09.2024 of the 3rd respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to register all the documents executed and presented relating to the properties in old T.S.No. 1805/2B, New T.S.No.2818/2, situated at Thiruvanaikovil, Ward B, Block No.27, Srinivasanagar 5th Street, measuring about 1151 sq.ft (i.e., 1036 sq.ft. carpet area + 115 sq.ft. common area). bearing Flat No.FF2 (E) on the first floor, with car parking, in the apartment known as SUKRA Flats. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned refusal check slip dated 05.09.2024 and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to register all the documents executed and presented relating to the properties in old T.S.No. 1805/2B, New T.S.No.2818/2.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the land belonged to her son. After the demise of the petitioner's son, when the petitioner submitted a settlement deed before the 3rd respondent for registration, the 3rd respondent refused to register the same stating that it belongs to Sri Ranganathaswamy 2/5

Temple.

3.When it is a temple land, the official respondents are bound to conduct enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as temple and then pass orders as per the order passed in the case of Sudha Ravi Kumar and Another Vs. The Special Commissioner and Others in W.P.Nos.30589 of 2013 and batch, dated 05.04.2017.

4.Therefore, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders in accordance to law. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
