O R D E R

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 in W.P.(MD) No. 89 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the second respondent therein to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 13.11.2024 and pass orders on merits.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the second respondent to the writ petitioner on 17.01.2026 rejecting the request of the writ petitioner.
