ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 110 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram to Family Court, Dindigul to be tried along with O.S.No. 12 of 2021 and G.W.O.P.No. 288 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Dindigul. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No. 110 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Dindigul to be tried along with O.S.No. 12 of 2021 and G.W.O.P.No. 288/2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Dindigul. The Family Court, Ramanathapuram is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
