The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Headmaster who had attained superannuation seeking a mandamus as against the management and the educational authorities seeking re-employment till the end of the academic year. 2.Pending writ petition, the authorities have passed an order on 31.08.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner for re-employment. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. 3.In view of the above said facts, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
