This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 02.10.2014, rejecting the petitioner's request for a demonstration on 21.11.2014 at 06.00 PM, near City Union Bank at Anna Arch, Thuvakudi, Thiruverumbur Sub Division, Trichy District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has conducted the demonstration on 15.12.2014 and therefore, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2/4
