ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Cr.No.292 of 2024, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners, by giving false promise to arrange loan without interest from Private Finance Company, if the defacto complainant deposits Rs.20,00,000/-. Hence, the defacto complainant gave Rs.17,50,000/- through bank and cash to the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners did not arrange loan and thereby cheated the defacto complainant and also threatened him by using filthy language.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation that apart from the defacto complainant, yet another complaint was also registered against the petitioners and considering the fact that the investigation is at a nascent stage, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
