ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the 1st Respondent in CRL MP(MD)No.9472 of 2021 and Respondent in CRL MP(MD)No.9475 of 2021 the court made the following order:- Crl.MP(MD) No.9472 of 2021 is filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13900 of 2021.

2. Crl.MP(MD) No.9475 of 2021 is filed by the petitioners, to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13900 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021.

3.It is seen from the petition in Crl.MP(MD) No.9472 of 2021, no ground is made out. Hence, this application is dismissed. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition in Crl.MP(MD) No.9475 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13900 of 2021 is relaxed.
