Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the retirement benefits and monthly pension from July 2016 onwards with interest at the rate of 24% per annum to the petitioner . ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Special Government Pleader for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Therefore, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.100/- to the Legal Aid Services attached to this Bench within a period of 7 days from today, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court.
