PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.152 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 07.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w. Section 4 of 1/4

TNPHW Act @ 294(b), 324, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.152 of 2023 , on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had assaulted the defacto complainant's elder sister namely Muneeswari and her husband with aruval, thereby caused injuries to them. The said deceased Muneeswari taken to the Hospital and while under treatment, she died. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, the defacto complainant and the deceased are all relatives. The petitioner did not commit any such offences as alleged by the prosecution. At that time of occurrence, there is wordy quarrel between the petitioner and one Venkatachalapathy. Suddenly with an intention to threaten the petitioner, the said Venkatachalapathy took the Aruval and thrown it in the forehead of the petitioner and he took treatment in the Sivakasi Government Hospital.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is completed and Charge Sheet is filed before the concerned trial Court today itself. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, Charge Sheet is filed and also considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is 2/4

ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
