This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act / 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit), Pudukottai to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No. 43 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the during temple festival there is group clash between two groups, for which counter case has also been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 2/5

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act / 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit), Pudukottai within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or from the date of uploading the order in the website of this Court.
