2.Earlier, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11932 of 2023 for the very same relief, which was allowed on 30.06.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10521 of 2023 to extend the time limit for execution of the sureties. The same was dismissed for non-prosecution by order of this Court dated 26.07.2023. Without restoring the said petition, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3.In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed. However, in case if the petitioner feels that there are grounds for the non appearance on 26.07.2023, he can file an application to restore the same.
