ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondent police from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.Heard Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the dispute involved, it is left open to the petitioner and the fourth respondent to seek their remedy before the competent civil Court and the respondent police shall not interfere with the same. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
