ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.383 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent Police, has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent to the file of the any other competent Officer.

2.The petitioner has made certain allegations as against the third respondent Police that a false case has been foisted with stock witnesses. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also raised certain other grounds.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the investigation in Cr.No.383 of 2025 has already been completed and final report has also been filed through E.Filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, on 07.07.2025.

4.Since it is reported that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed, the petitioner has to workout his remedy by challenging the final report. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed.
