ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner was convicted by the Criminal Court of law. Thus, the order of dismissal holds good. Hence, the order of suspension deserves no further adjudication. The writ petitioner after conviction, was dismissed from service, in proceeding dated 11.02.2019.

2.This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the order challenged in the present Writ Petition, which is a suspension order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
