ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate order to transfer the Investigation of the Cr.No.13 of 2018 dated 05.07.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigation officer and further direct them to complete the investigation
2. It is also seen that the petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.399 of 2019 to expedite the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2018 and this Court by an order dated 18.01.2019, directed the second respondent to complete the investigation and fine the final report before the concerned Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Even today, the second respondent did not complete the investigation and filed final report . Therefore the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation from second respondent to any other investigating Officer.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent is yet to complete the investigation and since the crime has been registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC(job racketing)

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent and ensure that the second respondent shall complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court.

With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
