This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.148 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent to some other competent police official or some other investigating agency and also to monitor the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the third respondent registered a case in Crime No.148 of 2018 and thereafter he completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on 15.05.2019.
