ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not conducted an enquiry on the complaint lodged by him, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to take necessary action, based on his complaint dated 15.07.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of this petitioner has been received and treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.250/2025, dated 23.07.2025.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the preliminary enquiry within a period of three week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register the case, otherwise, the respondent police shall close the complaint. If the 2/4

complaint is closed, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
