This petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner by the Sub Inspector of police (Crime), Tallakulam Police Station Madurai based on the Petitioner's representation to the third Respondent, dated 05-09-2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, as against the petitioner, already enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
