Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 14.11.2014 issued by the second respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.168/2011/C3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to extend the lease already granted in favour of the petitioner to run a hotel situated at Dhandapani Nilaya Valagam, Vadakku Giri Veethi in Palani by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to extend the lease already granted in favour of the petitioner to run a hotel situated at Dhandapani Nilaya Valagam, Vadakku Giri Veethi, Palani, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already vacated the premises and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
