" The matter is placed before this court on the letters received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Appeal Suits involved in these Second Appeals . 2.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly ,it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry."
