the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, on 07.08.2022.

3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the final report filed by the respondent police, he can workout his remedy in appropriate manner. The concerned Magistrate shall process the final report filed by the respondent police, within the time stipulated as per the prescribed Rules. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
