ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and on perusal of the leter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Alangulam vide letter D.NO.707/2021 dated 08/07/2021 requesting for extension of time to dispose of the case pending on its file and this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1264 of 2017. 2.This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petitions, by order dated 07.11.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1264 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of one month to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.T.C.No.1264 of 2017.
