: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the petitioner's correct pension a sum of Rs.13,822/- per month which he was getting till the month of November 2013 and direct the respondent, in the event of enhancement of pension by the submission of the Pay Commission Report and Government Orders, to calculate and pay pension to the petitioner on the basis of the actual pension of Rs.13,822/- per month and not to demand or deduct any amount as arrears of pay to be remitted back by the petitioner. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner viz. R. Bagavathsingh died and the same is recorded.
