(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the Re-Tender cum Auction Sale Notice dated 18.8.2022, issued under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, by the first respondent - Bank, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditional order of this Court dated 09.09.2022 and therefore, he seeks liberty to approach the respondents - Bank with a proposal to regularise his loan account, which may be considered by the respondent - Bank in the manner known to law, for which, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is agreeable.
