(Ms) No.95 Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department dated 26.10.2023 and quash the same as illegal in so far as it restricts the incentive increment who acquired qualification prior to 10.03.2020 and consequentially to direct the respondents to disburse the incentive increment for having completed M.Phil., degree prior to 10.03.2020, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
